1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Certified Sourdough Academe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Courses and Content
All course content, including videos, recipes, PDF guides, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Certified Sourdough Academe and its instructors. Upon enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own educational use.
You may not redistribute, resell, record, or share course materials with non-enrolled individuals. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Course fees are displayed in US dollars and are payable via PayPal at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change, but once you enroll, your access is locked at the price you paid.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Community Conduct
Our forum and community spaces are intended to be supportive, respectful environments for all bakers. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or abusive behavior toward other members or instructors will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without notice.
6. Live Workshops
Live workshop registrations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled session. If you cannot attend live, you will still receive full recording access. Workshop spots are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reschedule workshops due to instructor illness or technical issues.
7. Certification
Certificates are awarded upon satisfactory completion of course requirements, including quizzes and final assessments. Certificates are for personal achievement and do not constitute a professional or government-recognized license. Misrepresentation of certification status is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Certified Sourdough Academe is not responsible for any baking outcomes, equipment damage, or health issues arising from the application of our course materials. All recipes and techniques are provided for educational purposes. Always exercise caution and good judgment in your kitchen.
9. Contact and Disputes
For questions about these terms or to resolve a dispute, contact us at support@certifiedsourdough.com. We will make every effort to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Certified Sourdough Academe regarding your use of our services.
